Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are handcrafted to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order ships. Larger orders may require additional processing time. We will notify you if there are any delays.

Shipping We offer the following flat rate shipping on all domestic orders based on order size:

  • 1 dozen = $8.00
  • 2-3 dozen = $15.00
  • 4-5 dozen = $20.00
  • 6+ dozen = $28.00

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We currently ship within the United States only. Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Local Pickup Local pickup is available at the Fort Walton Beach Police Station, located on Hollywood Blvd, Fort Walton Beach, FL. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we will contact you to coordinate a pickup time. There is no charge for local pickup. If someone other than the person who placed the order will be picking up, please provide their full name at the time of ordering in the order notes.

Local Delivery We offer local delivery within a 10-mile radius for $10.00. The $10.00 delivery charge must be paid in full at the time of checkout. The delivery charge is non-refundable. If your delivery method is changed to local pickup or shipping after your order is placed, the delivery charge remains non-refundable. Orders outside the 10-mile radius will be shipped via our standard flat rate shipping. We will contact you to coordinate your delivery time. If the delivery recipient is different from the person who placed the order, please provide the recipient's full name and delivery address in the order notes at checkout.

Large Orders Orders totaling over $50.00 require a non-refundable retainer of 50% of the order total at the time of purchase. This retainer is applied toward your final balance. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than one week before your scheduled pickup, delivery, or ship date.

Perishable Items Our baked goods are perishable. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order promptly upon delivery or shipment arrival.
