Ordering

How do I place an order? You can place your order directly through our website. Simply add your items to your cart and checkout.

Is a deposit required for large orders? Yes. Orders totaling over $50.00 require a non-refundable retainer of 50% of the order total at the time of purchase. The remaining balance is due no later than one week before your scheduled pickup, delivery, or ship date.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship outside the United States? No, we currently ship within the United States only.

How long does processing take? Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order ships.

Do you offer local pickup? Yes! Local pickup is available at the Fort Walton Beach Police Station on Hollywood Blvd, Fort Walton Beach, FL at no charge. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

Do you offer local delivery? Yes, we deliver within a 10-mile radius for $10.00, paid at checkout. This fee is non-refundable. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

Allergens

Do your cookies contain common allergens? Yes. Our cookies are baked in a kitchen that handles common allergens including wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and soy. Please review the allergen information listed on each product page before ordering.

Are your cookies safe for people with severe allergies? Due to the nature of our cottage bakery kitchen, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from cross-contact with allergens. Please order with caution if you have severe allergies.

How should I store my cookies? Store your cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.

Are your cookies made to order? Yes! All of our cookies are handcrafted to order to ensure freshness.
